New Athletic Registration Procedures

1. Important changes to athletic registration.

• All athletic registration is now online with digital signatures (no more paper forms)
• Student-athletes must be fully registered before they can participate in practice.
• Will need to create one family account in ArbiterSports.

2. What stays the same with athletic registration?

• Families in need can still request to have their athletic fee waived by the school.
• Contact Mr. Bristol or the office to discuss this option.
• All of the signatures and agreements are the same as previous years, just digital.
• Athletic fee amounts are the same as last year.

3. Conveniences of the new system:

• One family account means the first registration takes about 15 - 20 minutes, but then each additional student registration or sport registration is very fast the second time around.
• Families may choose to register for all sports at one time if they prefer.
• If a student does not participate in a sport they registered for early, a refund will be applied.
• Documents are digital and secure, so you will have easy access to them should you need them throughout the year.
• Coaches will have emergency contacts for each player at their fingertips at all times.
